These Terms & Conditions apply to all users who access or use our spiritual diagnosis and healing services. By requesting or using our services, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
Our services are limited to spiritual diagnosis and possible remedies related to spiritual issues. These services may include:

Our responsibility is limited to identifying possible spiritual influences and attempting to address them through spiritual methods.
2. Services Not Provided
We do not provide services or information related to the following:
- Identifying the person who performed black magic
- Assisting in black magic or harmful spiritual practices against others
- Providing information regarding theft, lost items, or lottery matters
- Predicting the future or claiming knowledge of the unseen
- Assisting in unethical, harmful, or illegal activities
3. Medical & Natural Conditions Disclaimer
Certain conditions may be medical or congenital in nature, including:
- Birth disabilities
- Congenital physical conditions
- Medical or physiological illnesses
Such matters fall outside the scope of spiritual services. Users are advised to seek assistance from qualified medical professionals where necessary.
4. Limitations of Responsibility
Some life challenges such as infertility, marriage delays, relationship difficulties, or business problems may arise due to social, personal, or economic factors rather than spiritual influences. Therefore, specific results cannot be guaranteed in every case.
5. Accuracy of Information Provided by Client
For proper spiritual diagnosis and service, users must provide accurate and complete information.
- If incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information is provided, the effectiveness of the service may be affected.
- In such cases, if the user does not receive the expected service outcome, we will not be held responsible.
6. Direct Communication Requirement
For better accuracy in diagnosis, it is recommended that the person experiencing the issue contact us directly. Information provided through third parties may sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate.
7. Exclusive Service Condition
If a user seeks assistance from another spiritual healer, practitioner, or advisor during the course of our service, our service may be automatically suspended or terminated.
8. Client Feedback Requirement
Users must provide feedback regarding their condition according to the agreed schedule. Failure to provide feedback may result in the service being automatically disabled.
9. Independent Diagnosis Policy
We do not rely on or accept the diagnosis or opinions of other spiritual practitioners as a reference.
If a user has concerns during the service period, the case may be reviewed again internally and a new evaluation may be provided based on our own assessment.
10. Service Fees & Pricing Policy
All services are paid services and no service is provided free of charge.
Service charges may vary depending on the nature of each case, including:

- The complexity or severity of the case
- The time or duration required
- The type of spiritual influence involved
The applicable service fee will be clearly communicated before the service begins.
11. No Refund Policy
All payments are considered final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once payment has been made, it cannot be reversed or returned.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary.
If a user is registered with our services, notifications regarding important changes may be sent to the user’s registered contact details.
Continued use of our services after any updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
